Hey everyone! I just got back from vacation in DC. While we were there we went to the Newseum (a museum that has exhibits about the media) it was cool. One of the exhibits was about Woodstock. After some information overload from all of the collections, one random piece of information popped out at me. Woodstock was an event that was huge but wasn't covered thoroughly by most media. For the scope of the event, I found that interesting. Maybe this is something we could look into.
Here is a picture I shot on from a parade assignment yesterday in which a a group of locals were driving a Woodstock themed VW van promoting peace.

Dad's Woodstock slides

Calling Team Tie Dye. The time is drawing nigh and I'm looking forward to meeting you all soon. Is there a conversation taking place anywhere else? Any advice on what kind of research I could be doing for our stories or other things I should do to prepare?

Cheers,

Jesse

Get your own Woodstock LIFE magazine

Hey everybody,

Thought this looked cool.

For after the workshop, we could even magcloud our own Woodstock/EAW magazine with our images. Team spirit, woo! Or at least we should tie dye some sweet t-shirts and stop washing our hair for a while.

Pen story

I don't know what this really says about the camera, but this ad is catchy at first.
So when do you stop paying attention?
Why?
